Parking Information

***This Information is adapted from Spring 2024. Currently, information about parking for the Spring ‘25 Semester is yet to be available. We are sharing this to allow you to prepare. As such this information is subject to change*****

Friday February 28th:

Paid parking is available in locations shown on the campus parking map which can be found using this link: https://maps.unc.edu/parking/visitor/

Saturday the 1st: UMiami vs UNC Gameday

Unfortunately, the parking situation in Chapel Hill on game days is difficult, and we are doing our best to provide resources that can help. Due to the basketball game on Saturday, March 1st, you may have to use a reserved lot or town parking (see the attached documents).

We highly recommend having buses/cars drop the delegates off in the morning and park off campus. Roadside bus parking is allowed in the town of Chapel Hill. If you still wish to park on campus on the Saturday, the following options are available:

  • Charter buses: If you plan to park a charter bus on campus on Saturday the 1st (Carolina basketball game day), you must complete a parking form that will be available in the upcoming weeks. The cost is $40.

  • Cars:

Weekend parking is free in many campus lots on non-game days. The campus parking map above provides more information. Please pay attention to the signage about which spots are free on weekends and which ones require a permit!

Sunday March 2nd:
